We know that life can get messy and unexpected situations can arise. We understand that a family member could get ill, an accident could occur, or you could suddenly feel unwell. We have a system in place that takes these situations into account.
If any of these extenuating circumstances apply to you, you will be asked to contact support@stint.co to discuss why you were unable to attend your Stint. Where possible, including things like a doctor's note will help us to resolve the issue quickly; this is especially useful if you have had previous late notice cancellations.
Remember you will incur a strike if you cancel less than 24 hours before the start of your Stint.
Top Tip: If you are feeling unwell the day before the Stint, it’s better to pull out then than on the day! The later you leave it to cancel, the more it will affect your Stint profile.
