You will be asked to book in a call with the Support Team if you receive a rating of 3* or lower on your Stint. These calls are to discuss what may have gone wrong during the Stint and find out from you how you are getting on. There is no need to overly prepare, but gathering your thoughts and reflecting on what may have gone wrong will always help the conversation.
Lastly, be respectful and open to hearing feedback. We know negative feedback can sometimes be hard to take, but taking it out on a member of the Stint team is unacceptable and could result in account deactivation. These calls are in place to help increase your average rating, so we can send you as many Stints as you would like moving forward.
