If you can't make it to your Stint, you'll need to cancel through the app with as much notice as possible.
Our policy is as follows:
- Cancellations between 24-48 hours before a Stint will result in a 3 star rating
- Cancellations between 12-24 hours before a Stint will result in a 2 star rating
- Cancellations less than 12 hours before a Stint begins will result in a 1 star rating and your account automatically being placed on hold
Please note, 1 and 2 star ratings will negatively impact the number of Stints available to you.
Please note, while we understand some cancellations are unavoidable (and have a policy that recognises this), it's really important to make sure that you have checked your schedule before accepting Stints. Avoidable cancellations (such as clashes with lectures, not having the right uniform, not realising where the Stint was located, etc.) will result in less future Stint offers.
