Confirm your Stint
You will receive a notification prompting you to confirm your Stint 5 hours before the start time. You have until 2 hours before your Stint to do this, or your Stint will unfortunately be unassigned. If your Stint is before midday, you will be prompted to confirm at 6pm the night before.
In order to temporarily enable our tracking services, 2 hours before your Stint you will be asked to simply open our app. You have until 1.5 hours before your Stint to do this. There are no buttons to press, just opening the app is sufficient. At this point, you are also required to have your location settings on 'always' for the Stint app. Please ensure you do this, or you risk your Stint being unassigned. This step is essential to us knowing that you are safely on your way to your Stint.
Stint confirmed + location settings on 'always' + tracking enabled = you're good to go!
Whilst we understand that you might not be contactable at all times prior to a Stint, if the Stint team calls you (on 020 4538 4795), it is likely because one or more of these steps hasn't been completed. If you are able to do so, we strongly recommend you answer the call.
