We understand that the current lack of onboarding sessions is frustrating for students looking to get signed up and start using Stint. However, the ongoing pandemic has had an impact on our ability to run these sessions.
We’d really like to be able to tell you exactly when our onboarding sessions will be back but, unfortunately, things are still very uncertain.
Businesses are facing a lot of challenges, including not knowing what next month, or even next week, might look like; widespread uncertainty means businesses are posting fewer Stints. We would hate to onboard new students and then let them down by not having any Stints to offer. This would also be unfair on students already on the platform.
We know that asking you to be patient isn’t ideal, especially as people need money now more than ever, but we think it’s important to be honest with you. The most we can say at the moment is that we will offer onboarding sessions as soon as the time is right.
We’re looking forward to welcoming you to Stint in better times. Until then, we’re going to be working hard fixing bugs and introducing new features, so we have the best app possible ready for you.
