It is important that if anything went amiss with checking in via the app, please let us know so we can ensure you are not charged for the lateness in your next payslip.
If you didn't manage to get in touch with us in time - don't worry, you can still drop us an email and once we have validated that you arrived on time we can process a reimbursement of the amount you were charged for you. This payment should not take longer than 11 calendar days, but it will often be quicker than that.
