We operate a three strike system on our app which we have made really easy to follow.
These things can all lead to a strike:
- Wearing the wrong uniform.
- Not checking in on time for your stint.
- Cancelling your Stint without giving us 24 hours notice.
- Leaving early or leaving without letting anyone at the business know.
We cannot stress enough how important it is for you to tell us if you can’t attend your Stint and give us enough time to replace you. If you do not show up to a Stint you have accepted with no advance notice given you will automatically be removed from our platform.
Finally, remember that your rating counts. We’re super confident you’ll smash it - 95% of Stints get a 5* - but if your average rating drops below 4*, you might be removed from the platform.
